AMA Comment In order to adequately identify and facilitate correct coding, the convention of using upper and lower case letters to distinguish between varying amounts of antigen components in related vaccine products is used. For example, in code 90702, the DT is used to reflect the increased diphtheria component for children younger than age 7, and in code 90718, Td is used to indicate the reduced antigen concentration of diphtheria for children...
