Code 47490, Cholecystostomy, percutaneous, complete procedure, including imaging guidance, catheter placement, cholecystogram when performed, and radiological supervision and interpretation, was revised for CPT 2011 and is the service of a percutaneous cholecystostomy with radiological supervision and interpretation.
